Sometimes, drivers will need to update their address, bank information, or other personal information. It is very important that drivers fill in as much information as possible with 100% accuracy. To update your information:

  1. Open the RICEPO Driver’s app and tap Payment Dashboard

  2. On the Stripe landing page, tap Account

  3. Edit your Payout Details or Personal Details as needed

Note: if you do not see the Payment Dashboard, you likely have an older account, and must go to dashboard.stripe.com to update your information
