Driver Policies

  • All orders assigned to driver within the driver’s shift hours should be accepted

  • No orders should be failed unless the restaurant will not finish the order within 10 minutes of your initial arrival at the restaurant (or if instructed by Support)

  • All orders are the driver’s responsibility after he/she accepts the order

    1. Please double check all order numbers during each pickup and dropoff

    2. You may be charged for the loss of a delivery if:

      1. You deliver any order to any wrong person (ask for the customer’s phone number to prevent this)

      2. The order is dropped, spilled or otherwise soiled while under your control (orders should be handled carefully, secured well while driving, and always kept upright)

  • Drivers must communicate with the RICEPO team in a timely manner while actively working with us
