What is weekly Guarantee？
RICEPO occasionally guarantees that the amount you make in per delivery fees and tips will be at least a certain amount per hour. If your per order earnings do not exceed that guarantee, RICEPO will pay you the difference, provided you meet all weekly requirements for the promotion.
How do I qualify for the Weekly Guarantee?
• Follow your weekly Shifts
• Accept 100% of orders
• Average at least 1 order/hour on a weekly basis
• Drop off at least 1 orders during any of your shifts throughout of the week
If you fulfill all the above requirements and make LESS than the guaranteed amount per hour in delivery commission and tips, the difference in extra pay will show in your app as “adjustment” on Sunday’s report.
Why Didn’t I Qualify for the Guarantee?
• You make more than the weekly guarantee. Remember, Guarantees are a MINIMUM. If you earned more than the guaranteed amount in delivery commissions and tips, you do not qualify for the guarantee.
• You did not meet the requirement on “How do I qualify for the Guarantee?”
• You fail to follow your weekly Shifts or drop shift within 48 hours period.
• Fail rate is more than 10%
• You have delivered other than RICEPO orders during your Shifts.
* You will be not considered failing to “follow the shift” if you could find a driver to cover your shift.
* Always communicate with your local manager about any emergency, this will keep your qualify for the guarantee.

As someone who delivers using the RICEPO platform, you will regularly interact with merchants and consumers. The most successful RICEPO drivers are able to perform deliveries quickly, efficiently, and professionally, providing a great experience for everyone on the platform and resulting in more deliveries per hour and more money. However, occasionally there are situations where a RICEPO driver engages in activity that harms the platform, which could lead to the RICEPO driver's account being deactivated.
We want to be clear, upfront, and transparent about the reasons an account may be deactivated and what RICEPO drivers can do about it. Below, you can find our deactivation policy and related process. If you have additional questions about RICEPO, please contact email@example.com
Fail to follow the Shifts
RICEPO use TRON to auto assign orders to drivers, and TRON is the algorithm that can assign most number of batch orders in the market. The delivery zone of RICEPO is smaller than most other delivery app, yet RICEPO drivers can be assigned the most number of batch orders, it is clearly that RICEPO drivers have potential to make the top money in the food delivery market.
As your own boss, you have the right to decline any delivery opportunity; However, RICEPO has a threshold that RICEPO drivers must maintain to continue using the RICEPO platform.
No show < 3 times
Late Drop Shift (48hours) < 5 times
Fail Rate before 9:00pm < 10%
Fail Rate after 9:00pm = 0%
You are responsible for monitoring your performance. However, as a courtesy we may let you know if your performance starts falling near the threshold level. If your performance is falls below the threshold, your account may be deactivated.
Keeping the Platform Safe and Secure
At RICEPO, the safety of RICEPO driver, merchants and consumers that use the RICEPO platform is paramount. We want to make sure you feel safe when performing deliveries, that merchants feel comfortable working with RICEPO, and that consumers never need to be concerned about opening their door to receive their order.
Creating an unsafe environment for anyone on the platform is grounds for immediate deactivation. These behaviors include, but are not limited to:
Violence or inappropriate behavior, including abusive language
Use of alcohol and drug
Discrimination or harassment
Unsafe driving and biking
Failure to comply with the law
Failure to pass a background check
Abusing the Platform
Much of the RICEPO platform rests on minimum business standards of integrity and fair dealing. We trust RICEPO drivers to use the app honestly and with integrity. Accounts of RICEPO drivers that abuse our services or engage in fraud will be deactivated. Examples of abuse and fraud include, but are not limited to:
Abusing the TRON system
Manipulating the referrals system
Tampering with deliveries or failing to maintain standards of food safety
